Setting aside their books for a moment, the young “soldiers” of Singapore International School Ha Long embarked on a truly special and memorable “military enlistment” journey as part of the experiential field trip “A Day as a Navy Soldier” at Naval Rest Camp Area of Unit 22 and Thong Zeo Complex, Bai Chay Ward.

It was just a single day, but one filled with emotions. The SIS Ha Long “little warriors” learned to fold their blankets, practice formations, and cultivate discipline, solidarity, and sharing. Each squad worked hard together, united with the spirit of “one team – one goal” Smiles, sweat, and heartfelt moments became the beautiful marks of this unforgettable day. Every lesson and challenge brought the students valuable experiences in teamwork, perseverance, and national pride.

The journey of “A Day as a Navy Soldier” has come to an end, but the lasting impressions and meaningful lessons on discipline, independence, and team spirit will remain in the minds of every SISers.
